Feature:Fast fermentation, stable fermented duration, strong tast of the nutural yeast
Usage:High sugar instant dry yeast is suitable for the high sugar paste (contains sugar≥10%), especially apply to the recipe contains more than 20% sugar.
Low sugar instant dry yeast is suitalbe for the low sugar or sugar free paste (contains sugar 1-10%)
How to use:Mix The dry yeast into the flour or knead with the paste, avoid directly contact with grease or cold water.
Suggested Usage:Make adjustment according to the breed, technical requirements, and surrounding temperature.
  • 0.8-1.0% of the flour's use amount for the high sugar yeast
  • 0.3-0.5% of the flour's use amount for the low sugar yeast
Storage:Keep it cool and dry. store in the freezer once the pack is open
